Cooler tube (part number WG9925530058) – charge-air pipe for the intercooler circuit on Sinotruk HOWO 371 and related WD615 trucks. Carries hot compressed air from the turbo to the charge air cooler; a cracked or loose tube bleeds boost, and the engine answers with black smoke and lost power.

Key Features
- Aluminum tube with shaped ends that seat the original hose clamps
- Welds pressure-tested – no pinholes at the joints
- Bracket points line up with the original mounts
Signs of Wear
Whistling or hissing under acceleration, oily film accumulating on the tube near the joints, black smoke under load and rising exhaust temperatures. A boost leak test with soapy water finds pinholes fast. Keep hose clamps tight – most “failed” tubes are actually leaks at loose clamps, so check them before replacing the pipe itself.
