## Two part numbers, one assembly — choose by length

Both numbers on this page are the same part in two length versions: the **DC charging socket (直流充电插座)** with its high-voltage cables already crimped on, as it leaves the SINOTRUK line. Same inlet, same cable type, same terminals — only the cable length and the design version differ.

| Version | Part number | DC+ length | DC- length | Version code | Supplier |
|—|—|—|—|—|—|
| Long | **AZ000065004187/3** | 2180 mm | 2330 mm | ND | 105159 |
| Short | **AZ000065004188/1** | 2030 mm | 2110 mm | nc | 100816 |

That 150 mm on DC+ and 220 mm on DC- is not a detail. It is how the same inlet is routed on different battery-box positions and wheelbases. Put the short one where the long one belongs and the cable runs taut; put the long one on the short route and it sags into the frame.

## What is in the box

– Charging inlet with its mounting flange and sealing face — the part the charging gun latches into.
– Two cable legs, **DC+ and DC-** running in orange corrugated conduit, black split loom and spiral wrap on the branches.
– Both legs terminate in sealed lug terminals, factory crimped, taped and wrapped. That wrapping is not packing material to bin — the inlet is only sealed once a gun is mated, so keep the ends covered until the moment you connect them.
– Cable marking **RV650008** printed on the sheath, matching the label.

## Why we do not sell “just the socket”

The inlet and the cables are crimped as one assembly. Cutting and re-crimping a high-voltage cable in the field is where insulation faults come from — a bad crimp heats, the insulation carbonises and the truck throws an isolation fault under load. If the inlet is burnt, the cable end behind it is almost always heat-damaged too. Replace the assembly.

## When the original fails

| What you see | What it usually means |
|—|—|
| Pins blackened, pitted or blue, plastic around them discoloured | high contact resistance, the inlet has been running hot |
| Charging stops after a few minutes, restarts when cold | terminal or crimp heating up under load |
| Truck will not recognise the gun, no handshake | CP/CC signal pin damaged or harness open circuit |
| Isolation / insulation fault after rain or a wash | water past a cracked seal, or chafed conduit |
| Charging current capped well below the charger rating | BMS pulling back because of temperature or resistance |
| Latch or interlock broken | HV interlock loop open, charging refused |

## Fitting notes that save the new part

1. **High voltage first.** Power down, pull the service disconnect, wait for the capacitors to discharge as your workshop procedure requires, verify dead with a meter, and wear the insulated gloves. Never work on this with the pack connected.
2. **Follow the original route.** Keep the same clip and tie positions, and do not pull the cable tighter than the old one sat. Bending radius: never sharper than the original bend.
3. **Do not overtighten the flange or the terminal nuts.** Use the OEM torque and a torque wrench, not an impact gun. The plastic flange cracks before the bolt feels tight.
4. **Push the connector in until it clicks**, then close the secondary lock. A half-seated connector will pass a quick test and fail on the road.
5. **Check the seal and the dust cap** while the old unit is out. A new inlet with a hardened seal will let water in again.
6. **After fitting:** insulation test, clear the old fault codes, then a real charging session — not just key-on — before the truck goes back into service.

## Fitment

SINOTRUK new-energy trucks — HOWO TX EV and Sitrak EV series, on the DC fast-charge circuit. The AZ0000650xxxxx family covers several inlet and harness variants, and length is the difference that matters here, so we confirm every order against the part number or the old label before shipping. Send your VIN plus a photo of the old label and we will match it for you.

## Ordering

Minimum order 1 piece, either number or both together. Stock leaves in 2-3 working days with photos of the actual unit and the packing before dispatch, then the tracking number. Air express for urgent orders, sea or rail for volume.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are AZ000065004187/3 and AZ000065004188/1 the same part?

Same assembly family, two length versions. AZ000065004187/3 has DC+ 2180 mm / DC- 2330 mm; AZ000065004188/1 has DC+ 2030 mm / DC- 2110 mm. Same cable type RV650008 and the same inlet.

How do I know which length my truck needs?

Read the label on the old harness, or measure the old DC+ and DC- legs end to end. If the label is gone, send the VIN and a photo of the old inlet and we will confirm the number.

Does it come complete with the charging inlet and both cables?

Yes. The inlet and both cable legs are supplied as one factory-crimped assembly, with the terminals sealed and wrapped.

Can I buy only the socket and reuse my cables?

We do not recommend it. The high-voltage connection is crimped at the factory; a field crimp is the usual source of overheating and isolation faults. Replace the assembly.

Which trucks does it fit?

SINOTRUK new-energy trucks, HOWO TX EV and Sitrak EV series, on the DC fast-charge circuit. Fitment varies by battery layout and wheelbase, so we confirm against the part number or VIN before shipping.

Can you ship both numbers together?

Yes. Minimum order is 1 piece per number, and both can go in the same carton or on the same pallet.
