## What this set covers

This is the dosing side of the China V air-assisted SCR system on SINOTRUK trucks, supplied as one matched set:

– **Urea dosing nozzle AZ932555200008/1** — the injector that sprays DEF into the mixer ahead of the SCR canister.
– **Urea level and temperature sensor** — the flange-mounted probe that reads tank level and DEF temperature and feeds it back to the DCU.

Both parts come off the same non-heated China V system (`国五非加热`), so they are matched to each other. If you are replacing one because of a dosing fault, check the other at the same time: a sensor reading that drifts will make a healthy nozzle look faulty, and vice versa.

## Nameplate data — use this to match your old part

The stainless plate on the nozzle body reads:

| Line | Value |
|—|—|
| Barcode line | 4500329832250508000800 |
| Part number | **AZ932555200008/1** |
| Second number | 187110 |
| Fourth line | PV550040 / CNHTC (SINOTRUK triangle mark) |

Give us any one of those four lines and we can confirm you are getting the right part.

## The nozzle

– Two stainless tubes on top are **coolant in and coolant out** — not air lines. If they are blocked or the coolant does not circulate, the nozzle tip cooks within a few thousand kilometres.
– Brass port with a locking clip is the **DEF inlet** (VOSS style). Push the line in until the clip clicks; a half-seated clip is the most common cause of an external urea leak.
– The electrical connector is the dosing solenoid. Check the pins for green corrosion before you fit a new nozzle — a corroded pin will burn out the new unit’s coil.

## The sensor

– Flange mounts into the tank with the probe hanging down into the DEF.
– Probes carry a float and a bottom filter; the heated version has a twin quick-connect pair on the flange for engine coolant.
– Signal feeds the DCU, which is what actually triggers the level warning and the torque derate.

**Four things to compare against your old sensor before ordering:**

1. Flange diameter and bolt pattern
2. Probe length, tip to flange face
3. Angle between the two coolant ports (heated versions differ)
4. Plug keyway and pin count

Send a photo with a ruler across the flange and we will match it for you.

## Failure symptoms worth knowing

| Symptom | Usually means |
|—|—|
| White crystal crust around the nozzle tip | DEF leaking past a worn seat, or a cold engine run on short trips |
| Urea pressure reading above 3 bar | Blocked nozzle or a kinked return line |
| Spray cone collapses into a solid stream | Carbonised tip — clean first, replace second |
| Level gauge jumps or drops to zero | Sensor float sticking or a failed sender |
| DEF lamp plus torque derate | DCU has logged a dosing fault — read the fault code before swapping parts |

## Clean before you replace

1. Soak the tip in water above 80 °C for 15 minutes — never use a wire brush or abrasive.
2. Blow dry with clean air at 0.4 MPa or more.
3. For a hard blockage, pass a cleaning needle through the tip gently. Do not drill it out; the orifice size sets the dose.
4. Refit at **60 N·m** on the flange bolts and **1.2 N·m** on the small union. Over-torquing the union cracks the seat.

## Heated or non-heated? How to tell your version

The same tank position can take two sensor versions, and they are not interchangeable:

– **Non-heated** — the flange has no coolant ports; the probe carries just the float and a bottom filter.
– **Heated** — two quick-connect ports on the flange feed engine coolant through a U-tube inside the probe, keeping the DEF around the sender from freezing.

Check the pump side the same way: a heated pump has a coolant water valve and a relay inside the box; the non-heated box has neither. Send a photo of the flange end and we will confirm which version your tank takes before you order.

## Fits

SINOTRUK HOWO T5G / T7H / A7, Sitrak C7H, and other China V (Euro V) trucks running the air-assisted SCR system. Works with DCU `AZ1034121020` and urea pump `WG1034131181/1`.

## Matching parts on this site

– Aftertreatment DCU AZ1034121020 — the control unit that drives both parts above.
– Urea pump WG1034131181/1 — the air-assisted pump that feeds the nozzle.

Send your VIN or a photo of the old part and we will confirm the match before shipping.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the sensor included with the nozzle?

Yes. This listing is the matched set — the AZ932555200008/1 dosing nozzle plus the urea level and temperature sensor. Both come off the same China V non-heated system. If you only need one of them, tell us and we will quote separately.

How do I confirm the nozzle is the right one?

Check the stainless plate on the nozzle body. It reads AZ932555200008/1, with 4500329832250508000800 on the barcode line, 187110 on the next line and PV550040 / CNHTC below. Any one of those four lines is enough for us to confirm.

Which trucks does this set fit?

SINOTRUK HOWO T5G, T7H and A7, plus Sitrak C7H, on China V (Euro V) air-assisted SCR. It pairs with DCU AZ1034121020 and urea pump WG1034131181/1. Send your VIN if you want us to check before you order.

Do the two coolant tubes on the nozzle carry air?

No. They are engine coolant in and out. The DEF inlet is the brass port with the locking clip. Mixing the two up is the fastest way to destroy a new nozzle.

Can I clean the nozzle instead of replacing it?

Often yes. Soak the tip in water above 80 °C for 15 minutes, blow it dry at 0.4 MPa or more, and clear hard blockages with a cleaning needle. Replace it when the spray pattern stays a solid stream after cleaning.
