This is the pump box that sits between the AdBlue tank and the injector on SINOTRUK’s China V air-assisted SCR system: a **non-heated, pump-box integrated unit**. Compressed air is regulated down to about 0.25 MPa inside the box, a diaphragm pump lifts urea from the tank, a metering valve doses it, and the two meet at the nozzle where the air breaks the urea into a mist. After shutdown the system blows the lines clear so nothing crystallises.

The photos are of the actual pump. The black label on the lid reads **型号:国五非加热尿素泵**. The box has no coolant pipes on the outside, which is the quickest way to tell it from the heated version.

**Specifications**

– Mounting: bolts to the chassis bracket on the original bolt pattern
– Housing: black composite body with die-cast base, brass fittings as pictured
– Condition: new

**Heated or non-heated — check before ordering**

The two versions look almost identical from above, so check these three points:

1. **Coolant pipes.** The heated pump has engine coolant hoses going into the body. This one has none.
2. **Internal parts.** The heated version carries a coolant solenoid valve and a relay inside the box; the non-heated version does not.
3. **Level/temperature sensor.** On the heated system the sensor has a spiral coolant tube around it; the non-heated one is plain.

**China IV or China V?**

1. **Connector.** China IV uses a square DCU plug; China V uses the 48-pin round plug, and this pump carries the 19-pin round pump plug.
2. **Pump internals.** China IV runs an electromagnetic pump with no metering valve; China V runs a diaphragm pump with a metering valve.
3. **Price of getting it wrong.** A China IV pump on a China V truck will not build pressure correctly and the DCU logs dosing faults straight away.

**What a failing urea pump looks like**

1. **No pressure build.** The pump runs but the pressure stays near zero — worn diaphragm or a stuck pressure regulator.
2. **Pressure too low or hunting.** Dosing becomes erratic, NOx conversion drops and the truck starts using more AdBlue than it should.
3. **Crystallised urea in the ports.** White crust at DEF OUT or at the nozzle means the purge cycle is not clearing the line.
4. **Blocked filter.** Dirty urea or a long service interval clogs the internal filter and the pump starves.
5. **Fault codes at key-on.** Pressure sensor or regulator codes during the self-test usually point at the pump rather than the DCU.

**Fitting notes**

1. Replace the filter and flush the lines while the pump is off — fitting a new pump onto a crystallised line just kills the new one.
2. Use only AdBlue to ISO 22241 / DIN 70070. Farm-grade urea and dirty containers are the main cause of repeat failures.
3. Do not overtighten the brass fittings; the body is composite and the threads strip before the fitting feels tight.
4. Prime and run a forced dosing test before releasing the truck, then clear the old codes and road-test.
5. If you are also replacing the DCU, order both — the matching unit is **AZ1034121020**, listed separately.

**Related:** the dosing nozzle **AZ932555200008/1** and its matched urea level and temperature sensor are listed as one set [here](/product/sinotruk-urea-nozzle-az932555200008/) — pump, nozzle and sensor make up the dosing side of the China V SCR system.

**Ordering**

Minimum order 1 piece. Stock leaves within 2-3 working days, with photos of the actual pump and the packing before shipment, then the tracking number. Air express for urgent orders, sea or rail for bulk. Send the VIN if you want the part number cross-checked first.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is SINOTRUK urea pump WG1034131181/1?

It is the China V air-assisted SCR urea pump in the non-heated, pump-box integrated version. Compressed air is regulated inside the box and a diaphragm pump delivers urea through a metering valve to the nozzle. It carries a 19-pin round electrical plug and has no coolant pipes on the body.

How can I tell the heated and non-heated versions apart?

Look for engine coolant hoses going into the pump body. The heated version has them plus a coolant solenoid valve and relay inside the box and a spiral coolant tube on the level/temperature sensor. The non-heated version, as in our photos, has none of these.

Will this pump fit my China IV HOWO?

No. China IV trucks use an electromagnetic pump without a metering valve and a square DCU plug; China V uses a diaphragm pump with a metering valve and a 48-pin round DCU plug. Send us the VIN or a photo of your old pump and we confirm which one your truck takes.

Minimum order, lead time and shipping for WG1034131181?

Minimum order is 1 piece. Stock items are dispatched within 2-3 working days; sourced items are quoted at 5-10 working days. Photos of the actual pump and packing are sent before shipment, then the tracking number. Air express for urgent orders, sea or rail freight for bulk.
