Brake faults on a loaded HOWO are a safety issue, not a convenience one. This range covers the air brake components we supply most: valves, chambers, modulators and the hardware that goes with them.
What this range covers
Relay and quick release valves, brake chambers (type 24/30), foot brake valves, hand brake valves, ABS and EBS modulators, wheel speed sensors, brake hoses and fittings, slack adjusters and brake shoe hardware.
Diagnosing air brake faults
A truck that brakes late on one wheel, or loses pressure overnight, usually has a leaking chamber diaphragm or a stuck relay valve rather than a worn lining. Soapy water on the fittings and a pressure drop test will find most leaks in minutes – do that before ordering parts, and tell us which corner of the truck is affected.
Matching valves to the brake system
HOWO trucks use several generations of ABS and EBS hardware, and valves from different generations do not always interchange. Send the part number from the old valve plus a photo of the pipe connections, and we will confirm the correct replacement.
